Welcome to the Pinball Doctor , where all your pinball repair problems can be solved.

The Pinball Doctor can visit and service your pinball machine, at your home, for a fixed charge.

From a non working machine, to a machine which may just need a small repair or adjustment, we can repair it.

We have all the latest test equipment, and can repair pinballs from 1980s to 1990s.
A full range of spares are carried, on a service visit, to restore your machine to full working order.

The Pinball Doctor can also collect your machine, for a complete playfield strip down and renovation, which must be carried out at our workshop.

We can also supply difficult to source parts, and game specific plastics to order.

If you prefer to restore a machine yourself, we can supply the parts, and carry out any circuit board repairs necessary.

Pinball machines covered by our repair service are 1980s-1999s Bally/Williams, Stern, Data East, Sega, 1990s Gottliebs.

An Electro-mechanical pinball service is also available for 1960s-1970s machines, on a limited basis, subject to the availability of spares

All work carried out, is by a qualified pinball engineer, and is guaranteed.

A service visit is a fixed price service, which is £80.00, for a two hour visit, including the cost of any rubbers and rings, which may need replacing.
Any faults found requiring any major parts replacement, may require a further visit, charged at £40.00 per hour.
Please note the above also include mileage, up to fifty miles from Sandwich in Kent. Further distances are charged at 0.20p per mile.

Advance notice of any known faults on the machine, prior to the visit, may eliminate the need for a return visit.

The Pinball Doctor can also fit the latest software to your machine (for an additional charge of £25) if required. Some machines had several software revisions carried out , to eliminate possible game problems, or to improve the playing of the games (this only applies to later games, please contact me for details)

Certain machines can have additional improvements fitted to them, including sound system, and speaker improvements, playfield additions, for example , plastic coloured balls , for the gumball machine in "Twilight Zone", chains to the Magic Trunk on "Theatre of Magic", "Uncle Fester" to "Addams Family"
New translights can be supplied and fitted (subject to availability) to replace damaged items.

New Dot matrix displays can be supplied and fitted to replace faulty or fading units, and repairs can be carried out to earlier display systems.
